Flora and Myla were unwittingly volunteered to help me with a few test shots today. What should have been 15-20 mins of me trying out one or two shots turned into an 1.5 hrs of organized chaos! I don’t think they slowed down to anything less than a fast jog for the whole time. And some of the stories they told, well it would make a grown blush! Here’s some of my favourite shots.
Thomas and Tilda are two of the cheekiest youngsters you’re likely to meet which makes my job all that much easier – although I have to move faster to keep up! Lots of opportunity for fun shots but the angelic ones for granny’s mantelpiece was a bit trickier. Here are a few of my favourite shots.
Vanessa and Alex were married at Christ Church, Gomshall and then went back to celebrate the wedding at home. Perfect weather, lovely couple and amazing surrounding made for a fantastic day. I knew Alex’s family from when I shot his sister’s wedding (Abbey and Nick) last year and what a lovely and genuine family they are – and I was glad to meet Vanessa’s equally welcoming family as well. Today we went exploring with the lads …coz sitting with flowers is for girls, right?!? Throwing leaves, digging holes and generally getting muddy was the order of the day. For the one little girl there, things were a little quieter but it’s amazing what a treasure hunt for a few chocolate coins can do to cheer you up!
Happy chaos for part four of blue bell woods this week – the second Polstead Playgroup outing. Slightly more organised than part three …but not much! But then again, that would have been boring!
Wednesday’s Polstead Playgroup went into Blue Bell woods for a walk – cue creative chaos, hunting dragons and kangaroos (Suffolk versions, obviously) and a few snaps in between!
